Eldest is having a bike lesson with her teacher to get her up to the standard for next weeks Bikeability course (the modern equivalent of Cycling Proficiency). Just about to go and pick her up.

What the hell dude? Home made all the way baby. The short-crust pastry is my own recipe too (hint: use some icing sugar in the mix).
They're mini mince pies so each one is a good mouthful. The wife seemed to like them anyway, and she's my second harshest critic. :¬)
