Morning.

Cold but dry start, which I can cope with. Wasn't even too dark today when I walked for the bus.

I've been given a free sandwich at Greggs thanks to the app. Hopefully they're a vast improvement on the terrible hot dog I tried the other week.

Thanks. Migraine itself thankfully cleared up in the morning, but the queasy feeling hasn't left yet.

Just been juicing a couple of oranges in a juicer I've been sent. Works pretty well. We tried bananas, grape and strawberry yesterday. I'm sure there are more exotic recipes, but I don't really feel like trying those at the moment!

Nothing has turned up yet ... a pile of " " is a pile of " ". Hope the migraine improves pb. I was awake most of last night with what I think is a trapped nerve in my left shoulder/upper arm ... it's been gnawing away all day, just takes over at times!

Not been for years because of the expense!

Not surprising as I've just had to hire another skip @ £240 ... well done dad!!

Just take it from me ... clear your houses as you grow older on a regular basis please, just to save your 'loved ones' finding 'things that shouldn't be found' and just the general 'crap' that you thought you'd need in 1961 but it turned out ... you didn't!

Take a look at what's 'hoarded' in your house and get shot! If you ain't used it within a year ... give it the bullet :¬)
