Morning,

after seeing doughnuts on Peppa Pig this morning and then an advert for After Eight McFlurry on the way to work I'm feeling quite hungry now.

mmm. Nurses.

But then surely they're first in line to bring home all the illnesses... :)

In other news, a Peppa Pig Wii game I ordered last October looks like it's finally being released. I didn't bother cancelling and only remembered when I got the email. Waited over a year for it since ordering!

Morning

Really beginning to feel knackered - work has been so busy that I feel all I do is work. But then again my social life has gone to pot, so work is my social life combined (and there are some pretty new nursing assistants about at the moment... *think of work Jason...not of nurses...*

No gaming for me for the last few nights, but hopefully will get a game or two in tonight. Too many games too little time. Although I must continue my studies, as well as get my website up to speed.

How is everyone else? Busy days ahead (note, accidently typed "busty" instead of busy, obviously my mind is still thinking about the nurses :p)

@tnc, hope they can do something about your hearing too! I'd rather go blind than deaf!

Morning.

So tired. Up all through the night with youngest being sick. Still at home on laptop this morning while I look after her again.

For me it's the other way round! The right ear apparently has a "slight loss of hearing"

ahem, ehm of course the pun was intended.

The potential procedure of sticking something sharp in my ear to pierce a hole, then sticking a spiral straw in to drain the fluid sounded fine to my deaf ear but my good ear thought "rather you than me".

I've got at least 6 weeks to prepare.

Good afternoon.

Absolutely manic again today, although quite keen on moving about the hospital to see if the pretty optom student is about... No doubt it will be another manic afternoon.

Good luck on your appointment. Usually my hearing is brilliant - it's compensated for my less-than-fantastic eyesight. I'm happy to have my bat-ears back ;)

How are the rest of your days going?

EDIT: Great pun...sure it was intended :p

I hear them all the time - I explain to a patient about the procedure and they say "I see" (I think...only think it..."no you don't, that's why you are here...")
