Morning,

bitterly cold one today, the frsot on the car snapped my scraper.

Only have to work this morning but I guess I'll be out getting a new scraper this afternoon.

Morning all.

Work Christmas party tonight. Should be interesting, but unless I find somewhere to stay I won't be drinking.

Well done Highflyer!

Anyway, morning everybody, Friday at last. Which for me means, Xbox, football + beer : D

Good times! Not exactly sure what is planned for this evening but hoping to hit a few bars in town.

But i will have to get some AC2 in first, that game has me hooked, think i am at the 10th DNA sequence, so not much left (well i dont think so)

And at exactly 00:00 this morning, on the day of the deadline, I finally finished both lab reports, quite lopsided in the distribution of what I could actually say on either. One is 3 pages long, the other is 20 pages long. 2 days of "solid" work finally pays off.

Yeah, the YSP's are good. This new bar uses technology from these tried and tested bars and adds a 100W sub and as mentioned HD Audio support (via PCM output). The bar itself although the same in length as the YSP 600,800,900 is only 50cm high. These front speaker only systems are no match for a separate 5.1/7.1 set up IMO but I think they do a pretty good job given their limited capabilities. The fact it all fits on the existing TV stand with no messy wires, speakers or floor mounted sub means the Mrs. is happy too ! :)

Yeah, they are good. I got a YSP900 a few years back, full 6.1 DTS from one bar and a bunch of speakers. Half price to make way for the new models in Richer Sounds too.

Almost finished the first of two large peices of work. I'd love to have a review in for next week myself, but I can't see it happening. So much work to do these last two weeks, and Guitar Hero V is just giving me absolutely nothing inspiring to say about it.
