Last post on the Liverpool situation from me. All I can say is something needs to be changed. Below are the ideas that I've been thinking of, as well as some of the ideas that I've heard from other people across the city. Nobody in Liverpool is at all turning on the club, it's quite the opposite in fact. If we do go down, which is a possibility (no more than a possibility at this stage for all those Man Utd and Everton fans who are currently ignoring their own clubs affairs to kick Liverpool while they're down- fair play, I'd do the same to your clubs ;D). The fans will always back the team, and shame on anyone to suggest otherwise.

You have a point. I would consider selling him a mistake. Great player - if he hits form soon, he may salvage something for them for the season.

A lesser player replacing him would just exacerbate the situation.

All I can hope is if they do get relegate, Rovers get promoted. That'll be a great away trip!

I think selling Torres would be a mistake. If he finds his form soon then he is well worth it. Who would replace him, right now Liverpool are not as an attractive a prospect as they were before the season started.

What more can you expect? I'm sorry, but Nando needs to realise that with the money he's on, he needs to perform on demand every match. You can't get £100,000+ a week for no reason. No one said being a footballer was easy.

Good stuff. I've suffered through the sun and heat and now it's Nin's time of the year! :)

As to Liverpool FC. I'd like to see them keep hold of Torres but be slightly (okay a lot) less dependant upon him. Blow some money on some blinking strikers who don't automatically forget where the back on the net is as soon as they are signed!

I'd even take back Ow... ahh maybe not...
