Bit of a 'dead' day today (excuse the pun)....as we discovered 5 years ago, the worst time to die is at the week-end and also on Bank Holidays. Nothing can be sorted until 'work' resumes and this includes hospitals! Never mind, a chance to reflect:¬)

@ DL Sorry I didn't see your earlier post! Really hope things get better for you and everyone involved. Wish I could do something more, but my deepest sympathy and support are being sent to you!
@TezChi I'm not entirely sure where you look for these events, but at the moment I'm thinking of Kitacon and Auto Assembley, as they are nearest to me in Birmingham. Some just have anime stalls, but I think those two also specialise in gaming!

Nice. Which convention did you have in mind? I've only ever been to one real convention and it was really brilliant. Definately worth the effort of getting there!
