Twenty-eleven rolls off the tongue easier so is what I shall be using.

Off to see Tron: Legacy tonight, heard very little good about it so far so my expectations are not high.

Morning all. Past 12 hours or so have been incredibly weird. Watched the Italian Job for the first time ever last night, went to bed about 9/10. Woke up about 12, and could not get to sleep. Just watched Family Guy for 7 hours.

Sorry to hear of your losses DL, hope everything gets sorted when the rest of the world's normality resumes.

Re Gaming Conventions: I've been to the MCM Expo for anime once before for for a gaming tournament (finished 7th :) ), it was certainly interesting, many interesting people etc. But definately fun and worth going down.

How very true Chris, but now I'm getting the 'blame angle' from associated relatives....you know 'what if....' and it's the fielding of this grief that is the worst. They aren't to blame and at the moment, no one is! The problem is just trying to get all things together immediately and quickly to gain closure but 'public services and banks' don't do 24/7, week-ends and Bank Holidays in these circumstances. Tomorrow will be the start for many of them to begin to feel that some closure will happen :¬)

Sounds terrible, but it's always nice once the funeral is done. Feels like it's all over. Until then, it's the centre of attention and doesn't go away. In the past year, we had 2 deaths, a grandad and an uncle, and both seemed to be in the epicentre for weeks, but once the funerals were finished, it was a weight off the shoulders.
