Hold on though. If what he tells me is the truth tomorrow, then isn;t it also true that what he tells me was the truth today as well. And if that is true, then it was also true the day before that, and the day before that too. In fact, it must have been true the day before I was born. In which case, it has always been true and will always be true.
It doesn't take a great jump of reasoning from here for me to realise that this is true of any event. In which case, everything that is going to happen, was going to happen since the beginning of time. (if there was a beginning of time, something else that I'm struggling to get my head around).
Does that mean then, that everything then is predetermined. It must do surely. And this makes me very uncomfortable.
Good lord! So I am! Wahay; no more Newbie-related paranoia for me!
Congratulations
Turns out its proberly either that or drugs, But I feel strangly relieved, because although its bad, It could have been worse. It could have been some horrible degenerative thingy.

Ooops, looks like that one didn't come across as intended! Sorry if I offended you, didn't mean to. How are you today?

At the moment the anti-inflammatory drugs I am on will keep the pain at a low level, so I'm satying on those. If they stop working at a later date then I can go on immume supressing drugs, which 0bviously isn't ideal, but its better than being in pain for the rest of my life, and of course there is always a chance it might just go away.
I see the rheumatologist again in about 8 weeks

What's all this about carpet tunnels? He's obviously a madman. I'd get a second opinion if I were you...

Well, that sounds like good news, although it doesn't really feel like congratulations is the right word.
Maybe mitigations?
Maybe there is no word and we should invent a new one?
Whatever it is its a relief anyways :)
P.S. Guess what came today ;)

I don't know if you know why I was seeing a specialist. I have mentioned that I have had a lot of pain in my arms hands, legs and feet. Anyway, The specialist I saw thinks that I have tendonitis which in turn is causing Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Its good news for me, especially as the Doctor I saw thought it might be arthritis. The specilaist even told me that there is a chance it may just wear itself out and go away.
