The non-gaming part of the forum has a white background and the games part of the forum has a black background. Now we are looking for a bit of feedback on which you prefer.

Please vote once only, which is your preference, Black or White background to the forums?

No, no, that's really helpful. In fact lots of people seem to be saying, if I am reading between the lines correctly, "Well I have a slight preference but I don't really mind", and nobody is saying "It's awful and you should change it" either way.

Do you think that would be more important than the background colour of the forums?

I'm just saying, you see, that in my little head I don't find it that easy to understand complicated things.

So, when Shadowdream wrote:

Then I wasn't really all that sure on which side of the fence he was sitting. At least not as sure as I would be if he wrote "I like white" or something.

Am I confusing you?

What's the problem Tony?

My 'kids' are all grown-up and still live at home and I feel the same - one's just arrived back from the RAF - and they still do the 'above'. That's life mate:-)

But to quote quantum physics-"Black text, white background...works" Simple enough....

This post is not at all constructive.

I don't mind just as long as I can read what is on the site.

Yes, but unfortunately I am thick. Often my kids tell me that by using MSN, texting their friends on their mobile phones, fiddling with iTunes sync, wearing Megablast headphones, scattering wrappers and clothing around their rooms and downloading a different wallpaper on their PC, they will enhance their efficiency at Quantum Physics homework, but I can never quite see how this can be the case.

Silly me, but then what do I know about quark-lepton symmetry!

No contest. Rachel can sing, but doesn't know how to make music.
