If anyone here took either and could give me their thoughts on it, that would be most helpful.
The other subjects I'm taking are:
Philosophy
Pyschology
Biology
Photography
All full A levels.
I like writing (creative), so I want to expand my vocabulary and enhance whatever style I might have, I don't like analysing poetry or writing essays on Injustice and Misunderstanding in Silas Marner.
They may seem to point obviously towards English Language, but Lit is a better qualification to have, and probably covers most of the writing technique that would be involved in Language.
Any thoughts?
Why on God's green earth would anyone choose to do that?
But poor teaching and selection let me down.
I was expected to get straight 'A's in A Level too.,
Ended up with a B, E, N, and a C
(The rather sad thing is that the first three spell my name...
N was in maths. Because of two teachers, one of which wasn't even a maths teacher (he also taught me computer science - the B) and the other one had such a monotonous voice that I fell asleep in a few of his lessons.
I think I'll do Lit as an AS, although my application form for sixth form is now in pieces in the bin
:\
Maybe I have a good bone structure or something, I dunno..
