I want us to endorse someone so we can put forward proposals.

I've just worked out how to appoint a delegate. First become a member of the UN. Next click on the member's state that you want to vote for and under the "UN Activity" clikc on the "add your endorsement". Then they'll become a delegate who has the power to put turn our motions into resolutions that can be voted for by all the other nations on the website!
You HAVE to be a member of the UN to achieve this, though. Once we have aregional member, he/she can put forward our motions.

Does everyone understand this? Now we have to vote for someone to be our regional member. Let's have your suggestions then!

Heh, I had a look theough all the special reserve nation's info yesterday. I am totally convinced that Grix's is undoubtedly the most screwed up nation present, by quite some distance.
