Did you know that after 50 years the goverment has to release all information about major events that happened 50 years ago?

So what will we find out in the next decade or so?

Did an alien spacecraft really crash at Roswell?
Do area 51 know more about UFO's and aliens then they like to admit?
The horrors of the Second World War.
Was the moon landing a hoax?

What about the things we will find out about in about 50 years?

Exactly what info did the Americans get before September 11?
Have the goverment already foiled a major terrorist plot in the UK?
Is Bin Laden still alive or have the US caught him?

why would anyone want to fake a moon landing when we have the technology to do a real one?

you can only really assume then that, if we can't get to the moon, we can't really get into space either, so all of the "space flights" are hoaxes as well. Satellites? Nah, very unlikey also.

Mars in 10 years? You must be having a laugh.

This is a much-debated issue, as you know. Nasa were due to release a book detailing how all the 'mistakes' were perfectly real, but when they withdrew it at the last second. Raises more questions, I think.

Yeah Wookiee, I also think that the moon landing was a hoax.

I saw this thing, was a while back now, and they showed you evidence that it couldn't possibly have been on a planet with a lesser force of gravity than Earth.

There other things, similar to "movie mistakes" if you know what I mean. Like in one shot, somethings there, but in the next, it's dissapeared.

Very peculiar.

Hey wokkiemon or whatever ure name is i completley agree with what u said about area 51. i wos watching this programme and apparently before the stealth fighter was built people had seen something in the air and it looked like the stealth of today and they said it was travelling really fast and it wasn't a plane. 1 year later area 51 bring out a new plane the stealth fighter looking pretty much the same as the thing the people saw, only it didn't go quite as fast.

Did it crash and did area 51 model the stealth around that?

Quite possibly. Yes, I believe in UFO's/alien life. There are far too many planets in the universe for this to be the only one capable of supporting sentient life. To think otherwise is either a result of arrogance or stupidity, in my personal opinion.

Have they been here? Well, we (the general public) don't know for sure, but there are enough pre-historic cave paintings to suggest that they may well have been. Professional people such as policemen, pilots (civilian and military), and even astronauts have reported sightings, so it's not all from the minds and imaginations of crackpots and attention-seekers. There has even been a report of radar contact with an object travelling too fast and with too many violent changes in direction to have been anything man-made.

> Do area 51 know more about UFO's and aliens then they like to admit?

Almost certainly, in my opinion. Whatever goes on there, there have been too many strange sightings. I've no doubt some of the things reported are genuine miltary tests, but I'm equally sure that some aren't.

> Was the moon landing a hoax?

Again, I personally believe that it was, but this is a discussion that's been held on here several times in the past, and one which I won't go into again. Suffice to say that I've heard and read enough to convince me that it's unlikely at best, impossible at worst. Even so, we will never know for certain, simply because if it WAS a hoax, the US would never live it down, so it will never become public. Oh, and I'm not a conspiracy-mad fool, I DID believe in the moon landing.

No, the reason they keep things secret is so as not to cause 'panic' among us mere civilians. We are all stupid, gullible people who couldn't handle 'the truth'.

Of course, I am talking about papers concerning 'strange' events and so on. Obviously every nation needs SOME secrets, such as for national defence/security etc.

We deserve to know something that will have an effect on us if its such a big thing.
The fact that they keep things secret suggests that its not so important.

In my opinion.

Even when these documents are released, many of them rarely reveal any new information.

Many of those already released regarding "strange events" such as UFO sightings etc. are so heavily censored that they're worthless anyway.

You can see scans of many of them on various sites around the web (try http://www.abovetopsecret.com/ - I think there were some on there), and some of them are barely readable because they're so heavily censored.

This only adds to the feeling that there's definitely *something* being covered up, but who knows if we'll ever find out what.
