And about bloody time too. Driving to Birmingham on the M1 is a bloody nightmare. I've done that journey many times when travelling to Old trafford on Match days, and it takes upwards of 4 hours sometimes becasue of the bloody congestion on the motorway!

Well, the government's idea was to price people off the roads. I can only assume that the £1billion that this development will cost will be reflected by an increase in road tax.

I don't quite understand it myself. It's completely contrary to the governments policy of reducing the number of cars on the road.
