Oh yeah! Got my copy today and I must say the new features really work well!

The team talk is very effective, I was 2-0 up and it gave me the choice to say "Dont get too complacent" which really made my team defend well while also trying to get in more oppotunities for Henry and Reyes.

Theres quite a few other features like the 'Manager Snapshot' which you can view by clicking on your manager name. It has lots of info on one screen, everything you need to know like your next opponent, league position, transfer budget etc.

This game has so much depth it's unbelievable.

Go buy it.

I always end up with a lot of greyed out players I've never heard of before in my reserves and U18s before either are going to play a match.

It's like someone's picked them up off the street.

Greyed out players are players who are in clubs that aren't on your database. (if that makes sense...)

Are they not fake players?

In the past if a player has been greyed out in Champ/Football Manager, it's because they've just been made up to make it seem as if teams have a lot of depth. They're not real players, and so you can't sign them.

Maybe it's because he's so young.

With the right training, his stats might shoot up.

Hes definately underrated on FM06, thats why I sold him.

He's class. 16 and some of the best stats in the game...

Wouldn't Halifax be in the Conference League?

14K transfer budget, and for some reason Halifax aren't in it - and I can't figure out how to sign "greyed out" players. Grrr.
