Now.
Too many of them living to long, which means many, many years getting a free pension.
Apparently if you're born now you can live up to 120/140... and if you retire at 65, look how long that is.
Tax the rich, easy.
Robbie Williams gets 80 millions contract, take 60 million of him and give it to me.
My head hurts, I'm going to sleep.
Now old people are living longer, and taking away valuable resources.
I say we should have a cull every 5 years or so.
It lasted long enough
Basically I would limit the number of students, I've heard many people I know moan at the amount of morons at University. The ones who just managed to get in to avoid work and there dad pays for them.
So there
Anyway, leave me alone. I'm still young
It's all very well you going around saying "This is wrong yadda yadda!" But unless you have a better suggestion, all you're doing is whinging.
There is a problem with money for universites, and it has to be solved. At the end of the day, my kids will go to university (if they want to - obviously), whatever the cost. It's as simple as that.
I do take pity on my american counter parts who get equally if not more so screwed by the eduacation system (unless they have a sports scholarship and then they are treated like kings/queens if they are on the uni teams ... american football, ice hockey, basketball especially)
Simple
Stupid rich people get to go to top universities
Intelligent poor people struggle at a lower university
BOOOO BOOOOO
Only I could do with the money now, not next bloody summer!

Okay, the idea here is that your loan is suposed to support through the summer holidays as well as term (so you can't claim job seekers allowance). But in your final year it doesn't because you have finished then, and you can find a job/claim job seekers allowance.

I've found that this year as well, and it bloody sucks!
Anyway, I'd use my student loan to go on holiday. I'm going to be at least £10,000 by the time I finish, if not a little more, so what's an extra couple of hundred quid? I may as well go on holiday and enjoy myself.

Who me? Why?
