Hey! Guess what?! They just arrested a suspect known as John sumfin, 42 years old and his 17 year old son who are like suspects that have sumfin to do with that Washington Sniper dude!
He's not just a nutter, he's a highly trained nutter - to be able to kill however many it is now (13 ?) people in plain site (he was seen when he shot the woman loading her car outside the DIY store), in broad daylight and with _one_ shot takes more than just skill, it takes _training_ - when they do catch him, my guess is, he'll turn out to be a _US Military_ trained nutter.
Fully agree with everything you said there Tom, like you said, if they give in and let this person have $10m and he manages to get away with it then all hell will break loose in, not only the US, but probably copy cat people all round the world.

I don't suppose 10million dollars would be much to the USA at all, if you think how much they spend on space travel e.t.c, it'd be hardly anything.
But if this person manages to show people that if you kill many innocent passers by, you can demand and recieve $10 million, and sets this example there could be no end of people doing it in the future.
