I got 6 and 4 blue coins, but I don't care how long I played it for, I hav'nt played on Mario 64 in ages so I wasn't used to the controls, I was sad that they disn't include the long jump attack.

I'm kind of stuck on the first shine of Gelanto beach, I'm inside the sandcastle but I ran out of lives before I could get used to doing it.
Anyone done the Melon festival yet?
Just finished it, pretty damn funny, this game just keeps getting better.
Am I right in thinking that there's 10 blue coins on each level and like Mario 64 you get a Shine for collecting 100 coins in the levels?

That's easy, just make sure you keep moving. I've got the 8 main Shines on Gelanto Beach, probably my favourite level so far. Wait till you do the Melon contest.

I have 41 now, I'm getting quite far into Noki Bay now...
