Oh and there's 30 blue coins on all the main levels.

Delfino has 30 and Corona Mountain has 10.
I know, I have collected them.
I've got thirty on Gelato beach, but I have around 26 on each of the others, except Noki Bay, where I only have 14. :-D

That's the only bad thing about this game. You don't know how many blue coins you have collected from each level.
