All you need to do is jump to the second platform and spray with yoshi's juice on the gunk, then get off Yoshi and jump down to get the rocket booster and use that to jump to the top platform (simple when you know how, I came up with this short cut, I wonder why no one else did...?)

It's logical since I had already got 19 on Delfino Plaza/airstrip and I checked with a guide of blue coins and it said there are only 19 coins to get on the game hub with there being 11 in Corona Mountain that makes 30. there are 7 levels with 30 on each that come to a total of 210, + the 30 from the Delfino plaza that makes the grand total of = 240 blue coins.
You are mistaken my friend.
I beleive I shall go mad when I have to search for all the blue coins.
