All the recent ones have been cack. They should have kept Roger Moore on as Bond instead of letting him hang up his Walther PPK.
Imagine if he was still making them today at about 70 years old....
(The funny Indiana Jones 4 title ideas come to mind :D)
The Thin Red Line.
Jesus Christ, I could hear my hair growing in that one.
A war film with not much war. Just lots of shots of insects (see the symbolism!) and little Guatamala boys swimming (see the symbolism!)
But it sucked.
2+hours of nice shots of jungle (symbolism!), insects (symbolism!) and 1 crocodile (symbolism!).
Woody from Cheers blows his own butt off with a grenade though.
Avoid like a week-dead dog in the sun.

"No self-respecting super-villain should know how to use Quark Xpress."
And when the fighting did happen, it turned out to be nothing more than an over blown CGI fireworks display. I'm just glad I didn't have to pay any money for this film, one of the first war films I've seen, which has just been too boring to be entertaining.
Walked out of that one. Sean made it slightly watchable but it is a very very pants film.
