Did anyone else just experience an earth tremor?

I was sitting here updating my website when the whole house shook - enough to cause some stuff on my desk to fall over, but not to do any damage.

It was bloody scary!

I'm in Northampton - anyone else have it?

It was certainly an experience. Now I know how all those people in the movies feel when the camera shakes.

There are far too many people from Cardiff on here now.. I'm getting scared. I could be sat next to one of you.

Oh man, i must have been to far away to feel this earthquake, unless I slept through it. Odd that Eangland should be hit by an earthquake, and a 4.8 as well. I think that's quite high.

All the news reports say that the tremor got as far as Northants but I live further East in Cambs and a mate of mine said he was up watching Casino and he felt it.

I however was dead to the world, fast asleep. I reckon I could have slept through an Earthquake.

nothing in south east near east grinstead. Well there might have been but i slept though it.
