"Gamecube Swap for Xbox"

Hi, anyone around the London area want to swap a Xbox for my Gamecube with two games, Fifa 2002 World Cup and Star Wars: Rogue Leader, memory card, 3 pads. The Gamecube is mint condition, around 5 months old, hardly used.

My advice toobad, wait until around Christmas before you decide. There are a plethora of games coming out over the next few months for all systems, so by waiting you can decide whether or not you want to buy an x-box or keep your GC.

Both, plus the fact that it's more likely to go wrong if it's stood up and if it go's wrong peole will just buy a replacement, so in effect sony designed the PS2 as badly as possible to get more money, hmm makes sense i spose, ah well at least the GC is well designed ;)

Toobad, Nintendo have reacently captured the more "action" games for the Gamecube too.

Timesplitters 2, Medal of Honour, True Crime, Tony Hawks, Mafia, Resident Evil series, Burnout to name but a few of these games. Naturally they all pale in comparison to the amount PS2 have but they don't in comparison to the X-box.

Really if you want the GTA3 and Metal Gear esq. games then get a PS2. If you like the Nintendo classics but want a bit more action then really stick with Gamecube because they'll come. But trust me X-box isn't a good option for a while.

Well I think that the PS2 is the worst designed console ever! Why the hell did they make it sideways? are they just stupid, or are they trying to get more money out of them for buying avertical stand?

although read back and i think you'll find i was the only who said the x box was the right choice and everyone else was like 'oh no the GC is the best thing since the last cack nintendo console'

There's loads of games that you can pick up and play coming out for Cube.

etc etc, i'd keep naming 'em but it would get boring.

It's up to you though, sell if you must but I wouldn't think that Xbox has got anymore pick and play games than the Cube. Infact as a lot of the games on Xbox are PC style i'd say the Cube has more.

Thanks Cubist, I agree Gamecube is going to have the best games by far, but what i'm concerned about is that I won't have the time to complete them. As I am too busy with uni and part time work, I can only play games which you can get straight into and then put down without any trouble. Its not easy giving away the Gamecube, :( and now I'm having second thoughts.

ToBad don't get rid of your gamecube because they have some great games coming out (starfox, super mario sunshine etc) But I urge you to buy an X-Box because they have lots of kickass games aswell Buffy for example (BEST GAME EVER :D )
