i bought issue number 5 of G-force magizine and it had a DVD video with footage of Mario Sunshine amongst other things on it but it was a normaly sized DVD and not a Gamecube disk, i have a PS2 so i could watch the DVD but just wounded how Gamecube owners can see it without a DVD player?
Do you guys have to fork out for a DVD player as well as the Gamecube?

It read it some where about the DVD player add on some where, ill go and have a look. The digital camera is a deffinate as a game is coming out by nintendo using it to put yourself in it, ill go find where i read it.
As for hard drive ok maybe not but i see it becoming a possibilitly.

Nintendo dont have a hard drive addon. The DVD playing Q cube isn't coming out over here, and what on earth is a ming?

Nintendo has extras in ming, hard drive dvd player and digital camera.
They will all be cheaper then the actual item and fit under the gamecube.
Tghe reason they are not out yet is becuase they would rather have a lot of good games and AAA titles instead of GC owners having to watch DVDs over and over again when they wait for a good game to arrive on the console.
Also when PS2 and Xbox owners are watching reruns of dvds over and over again GC owners can do what you buy a console for, to play computer games i.e. mario,zelda etc, contiune with list load of AAA titles on the consoles in the near future.
People who have to go on about how good the console is becuase it plays DVDs must be running out of good games to mention.

no you just play it on a pc like the one were all uising now to access the net, its better quality than the poor ps2 dvd playback
anyway NGC magazie says there are being made sharper but nothing else. they ust ports
Yep, I've seen it in NOM as well, they say the grpahics look clearer and crisper on Resident Evil 2, not sure if they say same for Nemesis because I left my magazine at work :(
Just because they're low priced doesn't mean they have to do no wrok - look at GT Concept on the PS2 - a lot of new graphical work went into it and it sold well.

i confused cos Nintendo America says it will be $19.95 but Capcom online shop also US say it will be $39.95 Maybe there is a reamke going on. We the uk public just don't know
