i'm basically working alongside this IT guy at my dad's work and so far it's been ok. i've been configering a few comps loading office 2000 on them and setting up an e-mail exchange thingy.
well there's nothing to do now and no one is complaining so i might give that pinball game a bash on XP LOL.

'Life's a beach - why ain't I on it'
changed backup tapes in server.
changed a user password on the server as the muppet forgot what it was.
surfed the net.
put a box and a cack fax machine in the bin.
walked around the factory foor checking ip address' on about 15 machines.
chatted to the engineer and deleted crap of his comp.
answered a miss call.
and all that took 2 hours this morning :(
tape back took like 2 mins as i had to go to the safe to get the replacements. and changing an id takes what 5secs. then the ip checking musta taken 30mins or so. and the other stuff took no time up as well :(
there's nothing to do *bangs head on desk*
i can't even listen to online radio as some idiot has 95 on my workstation :( unless i use the exchange server hehe oh but no sound card D'oh.
ah well maybe i can download something off the web like an mp3.
i'll update this later this afternoon but i doubt my "activities" would of changed. might actualy take a crap that can take up 10mins or more if i can't go.
