Ignore this post if it doesn't concern you. But it concerns me. Coming back from a great holiday, I was confronted with vitriol, completely unexpected from certain members of the forums (not mentioning any names - ok, Lord H) accusing me of being someone else, which was particularly disconcerting, considering they had no substantial evidence.
The user in question is Ryu Ken, who arrived for a week, conviniently the week I was on holiday, won GAD and then left. Ryu Ken is Shaneo/Lawless Fever.
How did I come to that conclusion?
1) Recently I have heard people telling me that Shaneo/LF was getting annoyed at not winning GAD. Why? The reason is because he copied a post called 'Lord of the Regs' and won for it. Sr were informed and it was promised he would never win again. So, he starts a new username and puts on loads of posts and reviews in a short time period/
2) He chose FFX for his win, a game that already have, for the accusers. This proves I wasn't him, but how does it prove I was him. Users, read this conversation I had with him on MSN...

Few days prob. Takes that long to deliver a GAD I reckon. Plus he mentions in another post that the PS2/Xbox price drop missed his birthday. Anyone remember Shaneo's 'It's my Birthday' post. All fits into place.
I just hope this will mean people stop accusing me, especially Prat of The Year™ Ben. Get your facts straight before accusing next time.

As I previously stated, Quint, I'm not arguing with you all - I'm berating you all. You were all in need of it as you'd gotten way out of hand with your witch hunts, and as I pointed out to you (which you can now see here for yourself), you had no place to be doing so when your "evidence" constituted of Ryu merely sounding like RM18 and being able to spell. I pointed out that myself, and numerous other new users are both advanced in education and age, and so having a grasp of the English language is certainly not any basis to assume the person is a returning user under a new name.
I also pointed out that should you learn to think about your actions and how they affect others in future, instead of immediately blurting out that kind of junk, and harassing Russ (which is exactly what the group of you were doing, with no cause to do so) then I will quite happily leave you be. The only reason you persistantly get grief from me, is that you have continued, and have recently shown a large amount of hypocrisy on this post (another thing I don't like, and isn't best liked by many people). That being in Dead's "I knew it all along" boIIof**ks (as if he did indeed "know it all along", he would never have joined in the "f*f**k off RM18 bunk), Herc's little tiny tears episode when he realised he was wrong, and can actually be wrong, and your pretending none of your insults towards RM18 ever happened.
You see, you can apologise to him for doing it, but your apology doesn't meant a thing if you didn't learn anything from it. Because if you now walk off and do the exact same thing to someone else, then all you're doing is showing exactly how insincere your words were. If you can show me you have sufficient maturity and wisdom to see the moral here, then I have no further quarrel with you.
