Ignore this post if it doesn't concern you. But it concerns me. Coming back from a great holiday, I was confronted with vitriol, completely unexpected from certain members of the forums (not mentioning any names - ok, Lord H) accusing me of being someone else, which was particularly disconcerting, considering they had no substantial evidence.

The user in question is Ryu Ken, who arrived for a week, conviniently the week I was on holiday, won GAD and then left. Ryu Ken is Shaneo/Lawless Fever.

How did I come to that conclusion?

1) Recently I have heard people telling me that Shaneo/LF was getting annoyed at not winning GAD. Why? The reason is because he copied a post called 'Lord of the Regs' and won for it. Sr were informed and it was promised he would never win again. So, he starts a new username and puts on loads of posts and reviews in a short time period/

2) He chose FFX for his win, a game that already have, for the accusers. This proves I wasn't him, but how does it prove I was him. Users, read this conversation I had with him on MSN...

Few days prob. Takes that long to deliver a GAD I reckon. Plus he mentions in another post that the PS2/Xbox price drop missed his birthday. Anyone remember Shaneo's 'It's my Birthday' post. All fits into place.

I just hope this will mean people stop accusing me, especially Prat of The Year™ Ben. Get your facts straight before accusing next time.

I guess a leopard never changes his spots. I will be informing SR surely.

What I don't get is why SR can't keep a watch out for Shaneo's details (name, address etc) to pop up so they can ban him everytime he shows up. Yes, that might be a bit unfair if, say, he had a brother who wanted to sign up here, but what are the chances of that? He should be IP banned. He cheats and cheats and cheats again and again and again

Hmmm, its feasable. We could always just ask SR, who'd be able to check the address and if they're the same then Bingo!, we've got it!

I knew about the first bit...and thinking about it, I know this is true. Lawless hasn't been about, so I questioned him on it. He said he's been about...hmmmmmmmm...

I know this isn't exactly incontrivertible proof, but the fact that he went offline after our convo sealed it.
