I have preordered Time Splitters 2, but is this the right choice?? Which one would you go for?? I thought i'll get the one with the most modes and stuff so you get your moneys worth, and Metroid is only one player!!!

All three, in an ideal world................

Timesplitters 2 first, then Metroid (as it comes out later) then Vendetta (depending on feedback).

Timesplitters is a good choice, but there's no reason why you can't get Metroid as well.

It's not out until Christmas, but it's a different sort of FPS and is something to get AS WELL as Turok or Timesplitters.

Yep, The original Timesplitters had a terrible 1-player mode, though that was mainly down to the developers rushing the game to fit the PS2's release schedule. One game, which shouldn't have been rushed.

Anyway, The developers have supposedly revamped the one-player mode for the sequel, so it shouldn't be as dull this time around. As for Die Hard, Well despite being a big fan of the films and some of the spin off games, The GC Die Hard just doesn't appeal to me right now.

I can't explain why, I usually love games like this. No doubt my interest will increase in the game closer to its release, but for now I anticipate Timesplitter 2, which will be ace.

Well Die Hard is a completely original story, and Timesplitters has a terrible one player mode.

i think time splitters is more original than die hard wich has had all its life sucked out (slurp) so metroid is probably best just wait and see what nom say cos there opinion is pretty good

Timesplitters 2 for me. The original was great and the sequel looks like it's going to improve all areas of its predecessor with an awesome single and multiplayer mode.

I will more than likely get all three games, but right now I'd say Timesplitters 2 looks the best.

Metroid WILL have a multiplayer, and that's confirmed.

Or Truck.

And no multiplayer? Metroid? Hadn't heard that. Guess it saves inventing unnecessary characters tho. And Die Hard dropped its multi too? Does that mean bits publishing have actually let anyone know info about the game without locking them in the basement or killing them? Those guys are getting sloppy...

But that seems to make my choice of which of the FPSs to go for somewhat easier, Truck or Timeys.
What are people thinking? FPS without multiplayer is like... mario party without multiplayer...
Unless someone's planning a Truck Rage Wars style disk for the future...

I have claimed Timespillters 2 as GAD, mainly because you get to shoot monkeys who have guns and the people who made Goldeneye are making it. But Die Hard I will probably get too.

I think that you have made the right choice. The multiplayer for Die Hard Vendetta has apparently been dropped.
