The ones that come with cases are crap.
Oh, and you forgot the cold cathode. No PC is complete without a cold cathode ;-)

maybe another fan? aswell as a processor heatsink,
Network Interface Card?? + cables :)
and a Floppy Drive of course,
off the top of my head i'm pretty sure thats all.
Absolutly everything depends on your motherboard, so pick that first, depends on what you want.
It really is simple though, find a decent place to buy one from, if it doesn't have all the specs there enter the name into a search engine to get the official specs, you will need them.
