Does this sound like a complete description of what you'd need to make yourself a pc?
Worth having a go at (finance permitting, or course)?

Anyone done it here? Problems?

Well, my XP2000 is 1666mhz with an 12.5 multipier, and of course a 133mhz FSB. If the XP1900 has an 11xhey or 11.5x multiplier, it's a 1.5ghz. If it has a 12x, it's a 1.6ghz. I can't remember which though, although I suspect it's 12x.

Ah, Phil says it's 12x, which means it's 1596mhz - or near as damnit 1.6ghz.

Tis a nice system, I thought 1900XP were 1.7ghz...*runs off to find out*
they didn't have the YStech fans on the site I made the list on.
if you want it, i've saved all the quick find details and everything else on my site if you want them...

The XP2000s are 1.6ghz, the XP1900 may be as well, not sure.

That system's nice, except - go for YS-TECH fans, better for same price.

Well, i've heard things,
Anyway, Dr Duck, tell us your budget, i'll try and round some lists up for you (i'm bored and I like looking at hardware) :/ you can build a nice 1.6Mhz machine for about £600 with nice trimmings CDRW/DVD, DDR Ram...etc

It really does depend on what you want to use it for, if your CS Mad a 1.6Ghz will do you proud, if you want tougher games, your love your PC for longer with bigger specs, bigger specs = smaller wallet.
I'll go round up some prices anyway :D because I know no one will reply to this for sometime.

lol, that was the funniest bit!

The guy turned up at 7am with a *rugrats* blanket, then proceeded to- mess up his hait while still wanting it to look nice (!?!?!?!) and then sat around the place wrapped up in his bag! ROFL!!!!!!!! IT WAS SO FUNNY!!!

(The PC specs weren't that impressive. XP1600 and a Ti500 I think. V. good, but not the best that was there).

Did they show the one with the really blue case with blue fans at the side and front in blocks?

Ooh la la, twas a nice PC, do you know the specs? if it was some crummy lil PII with 128Mb ram i'll laugh, if it was a dual processor with nice ram..etc then i'll be happy.

I didn't actually see much of the show, aparently the guy stayed there over night? don't believe that, he talked to Wizzo though :)
