While I'm in the U.S I thought I might as well do a little report thread for anything I find out or see on X-Box that might interest some of you. :-)
Anyway, I've seen the controller S in the shops and it looks pretty good. :-) Haven't held it yet but I had a good look at it (damn plastic packaging !)
It looks nice. :-) I'm hoping to maybe pick it up sometime soon - just gotta watch the cash right now. Its $30 so hopefully I'll be able to grab one. :-)
I've already mentioned I saw Morrowind and a couple of NFL games. Theres also some preview boxes for games like Knights of the Old Republic so I've been drooling over those. ;-p
Anyway, My gf is singing a song with lyrics such as "shoot me in the head" and "kill me now, get off my computeeeer". I'm guessing thats my signal that I should be giving her some attention now. ;-))

Nearly bought the controller the other day but I've got to space out my funds which have taken a massive dent in 1 week. ;-p
My gf's American McGees Alice game was damaged so being the nice person I am I replaced it with a new one. Not too bad - it cost $20. Also spent another $25 or so on a PC controller for her to play the game with cause the keyboard is annoying to use.
Really want EA to release the game on X-Box !
Anyone else like the game ? My gf found some Alice figures here in a games shop - basically like those collectable figures you can get for certain films and games such as MGS2.
My gf bought me Alice and the Cheshire Cat and just recently bought me the Rabbit for my birthday - those are on top of my X-Box at home. :-)
Just picked up Tweedle Dum the other day. Hoping to find the Mad Hatter at some point too.
Don't usually bother with the collectable stuff like that but the Alice ones are excellent. ;-p
I had a look at Outlaw Golf and it looks really good. :-) Would love to get it but if X-Gamer magazine is anything to go by, we won't be getting it. :-(
That really bugs me - they say things like we might not get the likes of Outlaw Golf and even Toejam & Earl 3, but theres no problem dumping the likes of poxy New Legends and Night Caster on us. :-(

Controller S works on UK machines so I think you should pick one up so you can make the best decision on which is better.
And the least you can do is give your girlfriend some attention seeing as you traveled all the way out there to see her. :P
