"The Sav Report"

While I'm in the U.S I thought I might as well do a little report thread for anything I find out or see on X-Box that might interest some of you. :-)

Anyway, I've seen the controller S in the shops and it looks pretty good. :-) Haven't held it yet but I had a good look at it (damn plastic packaging !)
It looks nice. :-) I'm hoping to maybe pick it up sometime soon - just gotta watch the cash right now. Its $30 so hopefully I'll be able to grab one. :-)

I've already mentioned I saw Morrowind and a couple of NFL games. Theres also some preview boxes for games like Knights of the Old Republic so I've been drooling over those. ;-p

Anyway, My gf is singing a song with lyrics such as "shoot me in the head" and "kill me now, get off my computeeeer". I'm guessing thats my signal that I should be giving her some attention now. ;-))

Off the record does anyone know how to format windows xp without going to BIOS?

Play as the "light side" and defeat the the bad guys. Then play as the "dark side" and smash the good guys - all dressed up in a typical medieval/middle earth storyline.

Best bits:
-Beautiful graphics - possibly the best "realistic" graphics I've seen on XBOX.
-Diverse gameworld - quaint villages, grand temples, firey underworlds, etc.
-Loads of upgradable characters - from knights to archers to goblins to wizards.
-Very atmospheric.

Worst bits:
-No mid-level save points - you can only save on completing a mission - thus it can be flippin' hard to get through in one piece.
-Can be repetitive and frustrating - especially when you die near the end of a level and have to start over again from the beginning.

whats the story etc I have £50 coming my way and I intend to spend it lol

Enclave came out on time, and very good it is too. It's much better than the 5.8 OXM gave it.
The only annoying thing is getting killed near the end of a level and having to start over, but other than that it's gorgeous to look at and enjoyable to play.

Yeah I think I'm gonna have to think of other places for my Alice figurines if I get any more. ;-))

I'm really hoping to get the Mad Hatter at some point. I'll probably be going to the bigger mall with Jul soon so I'll hopefully find it there.

Sitting at the comp with sun burn on my shoulders at the moment. Ironically theres no golden brown tan as a reward coming for me. I seem to go from 3rd degree burns to pure white again. >:-(

Did Enclave come out or has it been delayed ?
