It's like on those Airport programs. Someone doesn't get their seat on the plane so they tell the reception person that they won't be travelling with the company again. It's at moments like that where, if I was the reception person, I would have an incredible urge to say to them:
"Do you really think I give a crap whether you travel with this company or not?! It doesn't affect me at all! It doesn't affect my pay at all, so go tell seomone who cares!"
