Ok, I've just had an idea to liven this forum up.

Quite a simple concept, I'm going to start a World Cup tourny on Pro Evo, and I'm going to let you lot pick a team from the list below. I'll post the scores as they happen to keep you up to date.

P.S If we dont have all the teams chosen by a certain date I'll just start without that team being represented by anybody.

Cool, how did he watch the matches? I didn't think you could? Oh well good report anyway. I can just imagine Heskey the donkey missing that chance :D . Who's up next?

Second Round Match A

France (Big Slow) vs England (Tom)

Report, 1st Half

Heskey shoots a blistering shot from outside the box that just goes over, a promising start for England. Some great build-up play by France ends up with Zidane just placing the ball wide of the opposite post, he really should’ve buried that. The teams have calmed down after that lively start. England come close again, a quick cross from the fast footed Ashley Cole was glanced on by Heskey only to graze and go over the bar. There’s the whistle, a slightly disappointing half there after the promising start.

2nd Half Report.
Campbell gets a booking for a rather dubious looking foul. A cross goes flashing across the goal Zidane heads it goalwards, Seaman gets a foot to it, Vieira gets the rebound, surely a goal 1:0 FRANCE, the crowd go wild, can England pull back? Zidane hits a harmless shot wide. Vieira gets caught in possession, Heskey’s 1 on 1 with the keeper, oooh, the keeper just blasts it away from the running Heskey, desperate play here. G. Neville gives the ball away to Zidane, he’s 1 on 1 with Seaman, Seaman amazingly gets a foot to it, England survive. Beckham gets booked for a clumsy tackle, free kick, Zidane’s shooting range, he shoots….just goes over the bar. G. Neville gets caught in possession again, it falls to Guily, he slots it past Seaman 2:0 FRANCE. England are certainly out. 86 mins gone. It’s all over. France are through, England out. France will now play either Brazil or Belgium.

Due to the irregular scheduling of the last round, there is no report but all I can say is most of my predictions were right with a few shock wins including Slovenia, Ecuador and my very own Korea. Here, again are my predictions for the next round although most of them are obvious to predict.

France vs England
A tough game but I predict France to win on Penalties. (Ironicy hits England again)
Cameroon vs Slovenia
The easiest game of the round. Cameroon to win
Argentina vs Denmark
Another tough game but Argentina to win
South Africa vs Germany
Germany will obviously win this game.
Italy vs Portugal
Apart from France and England, the toughest game. I think Portugal will edge it
Brazil vs Belgium
Brazil will win this but only just
Japan vs Turkey
I predict a shocker for Japan to win this
Korea vs Ecuador
Surprisingly Ecuador are here but not much longer. Korea to win

So if I’m right, these should be the next fixtures.

Argentina VS Japan

Good luck if your name is on the above list. Otherwise unlucky but find a job like Absolut Neo who has gone to Yeovil Town.

Yer that was the case I was thinking of :D

Stupid Croatia. They can manage 3rd in the World Cup and then get eliminated bottom of their group.
