Ok, I've just had an idea to liven this forum up.
Quite a simple concept, I'm going to start a World Cup tourny on Pro Evo, and I'm going to let you lot pick a team from the list below. I'll post the scores as they happen to keep you up to date.

Ecuador (Natbuc & nh) vs Turkey (Pro Evo)
This time, we’re going straight into the match.
First Half report.
Ecuador kick off to what is gonna be a very tense affair. Hasan Sas’ mazy run almost broke the Ecudorian defence. Turkey are applying the early pressure.
Tugay picks up on the loose ball on the edge of the box, he has a go for goal… ooooh the ball just skims past the post, unlucky.
Ecuador have been putting some good moves together and are showing why they’re here. Played outwide to the winger, who crosses first time, it goes beyond everyone, the opposite winger unleashes a volley from goal…well held by Rustu.
Turkey have lost the ball in Defence, thru ball, He’s 1 on 1….No, the opffside flag has been raised. That was very suspicious, the replay shows that the player was onside when the ball was played, unlucky.
Ecuador get the first booking and Turkey have a free kick in a good position, he fires the free kick goal wards…but it bounces off the roof of the net as it goes over.
Hakan Suker has got the ball in the net, but it’s an offside, it’s another dubious one. He was just onside as the ball was crossed in. Both sides denied great chances now…
Ecuador are pushing forward… early cros along the ground, the striker hits it… but it goes straight into Rustu’s arms… Ecuador have somehow picked up the ball… it’s crossed in again, he’s hit a looping header goalwards…it’s..OFF THE POST!!! And cleared for a corner. Oh so unlucky.
He’s dispatched the corner kick.. but Rustu claims easily. This latest spell of possession has been all Ecuador.
Ecuador now have a free kick… hit goalwards…but it bounces off the roof of the net as it goes over.
Half Time
Badgerman’s half time thought.
It’s been a very even match with both sides playing at an even stalemate. Ecuador have had the better share of chances whilst Turkey dominated the early part of the game, this is a very tense yet enjoyable final…
Second Half Report.
Turkey Kick off.
Turkey are on the break… hakan Suker has wriggled his way through, he’s 1 on 1 with the keeper…BUT HE LOBS IT MILES OVER!!! He should’ve easily slotted that away…
Both teams are trying to force their way through, really end to end stuff But not a lot of chances.
Ecuador have a free kick, crossed in, headed goalwards…It’s in…NO, Oh My god, inches, that’s all that was in itso close from this camera angle. Unlucky.
Turkey have worked the ball forward, passed to the forward, he jinks past the defender and hit’s a shot goalwards… IT HITS THE INSIDE OF THE POST… Hakan Unsal picks up on the loose ball, and shoots… but its straight at the keepers arms. Both sides have hit the post and have had two really good opportunities.
75 mins gone.
Ecuador are on the break, it’s lobbed over the strikers 1 on 1… but Rustu shoots out and somehow denies him of taking the lead… great play by Ecuador.
Turkey are pushing forward in the 90th minute… hes gone to the by line and has now cut inside, he rifles a shot at goal… the keeper parries it out… it comes to hakan Unsal…but no, the Ecudorian defender slide tackles it away. Desperate defending here.
Full Time

It’s been a great game, but no teams have been able to produce the goal, we are now gonna have to go into Golden Goal Extra time…

They immediately get a free kick, 24 yards out, could this be it? He strikes it…but it just goes over…
Both teams seem very wary of each other.
Ecuador are pushing loads of men forward but they just cant make room for the shot.

Ecuador are pushing forward… he’s muscled his way through the defence… He can win the tournament … HE HAS DONE IT!!! ECUADOR ARE THE CHAMPIONS ON THE GOLDEN GOAL RULE!!!!! THE LAST TEAM PICKED ARE THE CHAMPIONS, OF THE IRONY!!! ECUADOR HAVE SOMEHOW WON IT.
ECUADOR 1:0 TURKEY 119 MINUTES PLAYED.
