i do i think its sick there should be some kind license you should have to set up such a site

I agree child porn sites are sick, but if you needed a license for every single site, doesn't that go against the meaning of the internet? I thought it was all about expressing yourself creatively and freedom of speach? It would be a bit crap if someone just told you what you can and can't have on a site.
