it depends on ur definition of anonymous. as long as you dont have an ip logger on ur page, then in theory, urs is anonymous, as no-one can tell who sent it.
however, if u mean make it appear as though it came from any address, all u need to do is use a form field to send the data to sendmail, rather than building it into the script.
the email will however retain headers where it is sent around the internet, and these are impossible to remove, since they are made after you send it...

basically what mine does... Still need to find a way to make it totally anonymous, but hey, I was at work, and didn't want to push it too much!

The thing with spammers is that they can fake addresses, this is true, but at the end of it all, they want us to buy something, so they have to make us go to a site or register, or send a reply e-mail, either way, there will be a way of finding the company that spammed you. It's just a matter a patience and persistence. I must admit, it has been a while since I used my Spam Revenge Tool, but when I do use it, I spend a while tracking down these people.
basically, that script is cool, and i have bookmarked it, but i made one a while back for a different purpose which allowed me to send emails from a form and make them look as though they had come from anyone i want - anonymous email if you like...
the thing is, the script behind it is stupidly small, less than 2Kb, and stupidly easy to write, which shows the simplicity with which spammers can do it...
thing is tho, can anything be done about it - it would deny freedom of speech to make people "register" all the email addy's they use...

I'm half expecting that, but so far, I have only told a few select people, this is the first, public revealing of the Spam Revenge Tool© So go easy with it. If I get loads of complaints I will remove it and just keep it for personal use.

I know, I doubt these people will figure out where the e-mail actually came from, if they do, they can e-mail me and I will glady put a block on thier specific e-mail address recieving e-mails.

Most are, but sometimes you can track the critters down. Just takes a bit of effort.
