CPU Clock speed. The XP 2000 clocks at 1600ish MHz, (bit more, can't remember to lazy to look) and the 1800 clocks at 1500ish MHz (also a bit more but we'll reduce it to make it a bit fairer), making the 2000 a massive 100MHz faster, so it wins on this one.

Overclockability. The XP1800 clocks better, can't go into much more detail because I can't remember much more, but in tests performed by on of SR's competitors, by a guy who really knows his stuff, the 1800 overclocked better than the 2000. So the 1800 wins here.

Value For Money. Rob says he doesnt care because he didn't pay, put I didn't pay for mine, but I still considered this. Both CPUs were purchased at similar times, give or take a month or so, rob paid £200 for a 2000, I paid £88 for a 1800. On this point, I strongely believe mine was better value for money, would you pay £112 more for an extra 100MHz? I wouldn't.
Therfore, I believe the 1800 is better, the 2000 may be faster out of the box, but it is not better.
