Yeah i love it myself, they took it off because of sept 11th.

I also saw a pretty violent drama on C4 last night called 'Oz', set in a US prison. Heavy stuff.
A "new" series of X-fire is starting tonight (or more accurately they have finally decided it is long enough since september 11th that people wont be upset by teams fighting each other with paintball guns).
Fear Factor last night with Playmates of the year! It was great!
