I want it to sell video games. But I also want it to be a community - based thing, so my users can review games that I sell, as well as submit hints and tips, or cheats.
I want it to have an integrated newsletter, that people can subscribe to on the site, which will give them the latest information about happenings in the video gaming world.
I want an extranet which has web-based Content Management System, which lets my employees add, remove and edit any aspect of the games held in the database, such as description, price, screenshots and the like. I don't want to hold any stock, expensive that is, so I want an end-to-end ordering system, where all orders that come into the site are sent directly to the suppliers of the game, and the supplier would then take care of fulfilment of the order.
I want to be able to control adverts on my site, so I can assign certain banner ads to certain pages, or let pages have random banner adverts. There should also be a way for my employees to add "media-rich" adverts from 3rd party agents like doubleclick. Oh, I also need a fully integrated affiliate program system, like Amazon.com.
I want the actual design of the site to be very modern and intuitive, yet not use any plug-in based technology like Java or Flash, and no DHTML because that tends to break browsers.
I want it written in ASP.Net, run on a dedicated farm of Windows 2000 servers with IIS, each server must have redundant CPU's and power supply, (you can never be to careful) and use mirrored RAID hard drives. I don't mind if you use Oracle 9i or SQL Server, again, the database servers must use redundant components and RAID, and we should have at least 2 database servers in case one dies, and both databases should be exactly mirrored.
I want it designed, developed, stress tested and bug tested by an independent testing specialist, and delivered within 2 weeks from today, on a budget of £5.50.

It works remotely, which is what matters. Either my local php.ini is broken or localhosts are just quirky. Either way, you can't help and either way, I don't care that much :)
