Yep that's right, there's been scores of these starting up, but all have failed. Let's make this thread a place for PC gamers to chat. Post anything you like in here, comments, reviews, but no spam please.

OK, lets keep this going gamers. For beige box and country!!
Or something like that. :)

Ah, the benifits of having a CD-RW eh. I must get one myselft, but I have other things to buy first, not least a new sound card so I can get the best out of my new surround system.

I'm sure this thread will survive, I think the last two failed because they where started when hardly anyone came to the PC Gaming Forum. Now though there are loads of people who come here.

I'm also planning another review, this time for operation flashpoint, but I'm not thinking on posting it just yet. I'll let you know when I do.

Evening all, I managed to make it on for another 5 mins. Gotta go to bed very soon tho.

With regard to the non-updated GAD list I too am getting impatient as I entered over 80 hints last Monday and am still waiting.
'Expectation postponed is making the heart the heart sick' is a bible verse that springs to mind. I've always remembered that because it is just so true. Like when you're waiting for your GAD to arrive, and every morning it doesn't turn up you feel a gnawing disappointmant in your stomach.

Anyway, I'm rambling now and I really need to go, see y'all soon. :)

*Put's on Arnie voice*
I'LL BE BACK!!

Toodle pip.

P.S
Hope you win Cipro. :)

SR still haven't updated the winning review list yet for GAD. I want to know if I've won or not, probably haven't like, but I would still like to know.

I think it's only up to the value of £20, and if I won the cheat section of GAD, I'd get Operation Flashpoint Resistance. Currently a game which would love to play, but don't have the time to right now. Bug*er.

But if you won GAD for sending in cheats what can you buy for £25 ? I suppose you could buy Grand Theft Auto 3 but I'm to young ,sigh.

If you win GAD to the value of £50, I'd suggest going with a different game. NOLF only cost me £10, so you'd lose the other £40 worth. Besides, I don't think SR sell it for the PC anymore so you probably couldn't claim it even if you wanted to.

That said, you could go with the sequel, that's looking every bit as great as the origanal game, hope it lives up to my expectations.
