Not all Americans are cocky, not even the majority. Which says a lot about people who unthinkingly and freely throw about sweepingly inaccurate accusations.

You see they made the mistake of fighting the Vietnamese on their on turf and also they had been fighting for 20 years before the yanks came into it, so they had all the tunnels built and stuff.
