Yeas, and many of the symbols are confusing too. A bit like programming on MS-DOS.
Text speak, language of the moron generation. Hate it myself, I can't stand it when I see cut down stupid looking words all over the place.
Was that Text speech? Couldn't understand a word of it myself. I thought the idea with text speech was that you actually cut down the number of letters mainly by removing the vowels, not adding a few haphazardly (or should that be hphzrdly??? or haoephaeuuizeiauiodly?)
It's like in George Orwell's 1984- The normal language seems to be being taken over by abbreviated script. And there's a sort of foretelling of Dancing Stage Euromix in it. Scary. And Red Alert.
Text speak is becoming almost a language of its own. The problem being that modern-day anoraks don't know any other.

Anyone found a way to stop GTA3 slowing down? I've got a 2GHz PC, 256 MB Ram and a 32X drive, as required, but it keeps locking on the mission where you destroy the Spank stalls. Help!

I have to say that most yanks I've met have always been quite personable. You are always going to get the odd exception but they would probably say the same about us.

Ok, Maybe I was a bit over the top. But I have met (and know) many cocky, annoying Americans. But they have made many great games. I think Britain, America and Japan collectively make about 90% of all games, each making c.30%. At least that's what I heard when wathing Open University at about 5AM before I went off on holiday once.
