In Star Wars games the lightsabre is a formidable weapon, and great fun as well- there's nothing more satisfying than chopping enemies into bite size chunks. If you like that sort of thing.
Soldier of Fortune is a good game, but showing it's age now, Soldier of Fortune 2 is also an entertaining action game, but suffers from bad A.I. and some really annoying stealth bits. Fun all the same.
You may also want to try Jedi Outcast when you've finished decapitating a few terrorist as John Mullins, it's an entertaining enough FPS, but when you get the ability to use a lightsabre and the chance to use some cool force powers, it becomes an exceptionally fun and unique game in it's own right.
