I have to say Master Coder, that was possibly the worst post I have ever had the misfortune to read, and your comments about the mighty Gamecube were lamer than lame.

ronia what ever your name is why do ya hate xbox so much its pretty good im getting an xbox on july 18th for my birthday i think i made a good decision im not gonna be biased but in my opinion xbox and ps2 are the same i love both ive got a ps2 its so great but it cant beat xbox in graphics but there both good in there own ways but i have to say the cube sucks childish games and dont say resident evil because they have just uped the graphics they had to take ps1 games gamecubes boring and that control pad nasty and crap put ome effort into the design its colour is off

Ok so i went to gamespot.com to find out exactly what your line up was, and guess what i found hahahah...

Baldurs Gate: Dark alliance, wasn't that a game already released on the pc?? Hmm its too old and dated now to bother wasting your money on, plus i bet most people own it on their pc anyway...

wwe raw 2 looks good, but will it handle well?? Hmm i might just have to find out...

NFL, i hate sports games, so this is a no-no.

Finally Halo, which i think DOES not, i repear Does not deserve a 9.7, its so full of polygon clipping errors, and 'tomato ketchup' blood effects, its so unlrealistic, and has tendancies of 'freezing'. So much for the lighting effects on this one, they are not that good!

i never said linux was a programming language so there, what i said was simply taken out of 'context'.
So i guess you had to ask your teacher to find out about linux then, looks like you don't know everything.....
What makes you think that just because your machine has 733 mhz it works better?
If you knew the way it was designed to deal with tasks compared to the cube, then you would realize that the cube, although you think it is lame, just will work as well.
It has several different chips (gekko, flipper etc)to deal with different things, rather than the main cpu taking on all the load, which i'm sure any idiot could figure out it isn't as effective, however your mhz seem to save the day and speed up things.
The cube can quite easily peform just as well as the xbox, also, it can handle more lightsourses, making games look more realistic than ever.
I know that there aren't that many games to show its true potential just yet, but just you wait, the purple box will be the one to watch...
