I started making a profit by the start of May 2002.
It's not easy... you have to get the TV ratings up, and the merchandise on sale to slow your losses. The only real profits come from the PPV's - so make sure they're well advertised. I've got about 6 million in the bank at the moment, which will drop slowly till I get about 4 million on the next PPV. Enough to keep me in business....

I've just tried a similar type of game called EWD (I don't remember what it stands for) It's more difficult to get into and is set before the Alliance thing but there are more matches and stats. It doesn't feel as good and Promotion Wars is probably the best out of the two.
Venom, how long did it take you to turn a profit in WWA? I'm at around 3 million at the moment, and losing money most of the time...
Yeah, to make your belt worth more just make sure that someone with a very high draw value holds it for a very long time.
If you give a wrestler a push, they'll win all their matches, so that kind of thing won't happen, Ant
Damn, Jeff Jarrett had held the WWA Heavyweight Title for ages and I was building up a decent feud between him and Goldberg for the next PPV, but then in a build-up match Pyscosis beat him for it!
Then Jarrett won it back, and then Sabu won it about a week later! Now it has no meaning!
My best feuds so far have been between Sabu and Kid Kash, and the seemingly ongoing Scott Hall vs Mitsuharu Misawa.
