Within 2 days, we've had topics on the GameCube demo disc, the DVDs that come with the magazines, multiple ones on the controller, complete "reviews", thousands on what games to get, someone's even written something about the startup screen and how nicely the sodding disc pops out of the cases! Oh, and guess what? Everything's better than anything seen ever before!

It's only a games console, you don't need to let the world know how the little nice in the casing 62mm left and 47mm below the bottom right corner of the underside of the console has the perfect contour for hold mini-eggs. Yeah and the little memory card holders in the game boxes and the way the mini discs are popped out of the holder...yeah that rules.

Turbo's just upset that no-one got this excited when the PS2 was launched, probably because of the crap launch line-up and massive stock problems.
Who else likes the way the CD comes out of the console? If you look close there are these 3 flaps that pop up when you push the button, but you have to push them down yourself forst. Normally the game pushes these flaps down but you can do it yourself and push the button and watch them pop up. brilliant! I'm back home now, thank jaybus. I was bored out of my mind, with only the internet to occupy me (and my restless cousins ;D). I've been playing Red Faction all morning, and I'm quite far now. I must say that it does indeed rule ;D

What would you rather us talk about then? The pros and cons of the PlayStation 2 being the least technologically advanced consoles, how the launch line up on the GameCube has games to beat everything the PS2 can throw at them (except MGS2 and FF10, but contenders will still arrive). Or what about how 'amazing' all of the PS2's mediocre 'best games' are.
