The "General Games Chat" forum, which includes Retro Game Reviews, has been archived and is now read-only. You cannot post here or create a new thread or review on this forum.
Within 2 days, we've had topics on the GameCube demo disc, the DVDs that come with the magazines, multiple ones on the controller, complete "reviews", thousands on what games to get, someone's even written something about the startup screen and how nicely the sodding disc pops out of the cases! Oh, and guess what? Everything's better than anything seen ever before!

It's only a games console, you don't need to let the world know how the little nice in the casing 62mm left and 47mm below the bottom right corner of the underside of the console has the perfect contour for hold mini-eggs. Do, please, stop the utter foolishness now, before I get angry.

To us Ninties, the Gamecube is the best thing since sliced bread.
As we all know, the N64 wasnt as great as it could have been. But Nint have made us all happy with the Gamecube. We are just responding with all these topics to say how happy we are. This is a gaming discussion forum after all.
Maybe this place has a higher percentage of Ninties than any other? Thats why there are so many posts. X-box forum aint exactly jumpin is it? And the SOny forum only has a high number posts mainly down to Kid-rock :)

I just completed Luigi's mansion. Much much better game than I expected :) I loved every minute of it :)

TBN, the Gamecube has just launch (on Friday) let the ninties be excited for a few days. If we still get topics like youve mentioned in a week i reakomend a mass cull...
