Which is better?

A black gamecube or a purple gamecube.

I personally like the black better as it has a more adult feel. The purple just makes it look like a kids toy.

I've grown used to the purple myself. It gives a refreshing change from Black.

erm no. i replied to say what is the point of this thread. not whether a cosole looks better in purple or black

You can't have a better colour, the fact is, it's all opinion based. I like the black colour, but that might be because i'm quite depressing, happy, joyful people would probably go for the purple. So whether or not you, me or anyone else thinks the black is better, it doesn't matter, it's all about taste.

Black's cool, purple's got style, so you're a winner whichever you get :)

I chose black because my GC is going to sit on my PS2, but purple is cool. I agree with edgy, you're onto a winner, what ever colour you choose.

Thats true - I chose the purple one myself just cause it makes a change.

I dunno, I still dont know what to get, probably purple as the black one is all black. I have a purple GBA so probably a purple, but the best colours for GBAs is black.
