They got this geekey 13 year old kid to 'review' the Gamecube!
He said that the advantage was the price (that's not all!)
And the disadvantages were that it does not play DVD's or CD's (It's a games console NOT a multimedia console) and that you cannot play old Nintendo games on it.
THAT IS WHAT FLIPPEN N64's are for!!!
Do you know anyone who acctually plays old PS titles on their PS2?!?!?!?
NO-ONE cause sequels and better games have come out since three years ago!
Backwards compatibility does not matter.
The X-BOX was not backwards compatible. So you can't play early games on it. Does it matter? NO
Should Gamecube backwards compatibility matter? NO
*Gees*
The BBC should really hire propper staff if they wan't a decent TV program.
WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING WATCHING NEWSROUND IN THE FIRST PLACE!?!?!?!?
You got to give some credit to Bill Gates though, he did design the wonderfully stable Windows!
-Not X-Box.
A winning formula

and anyway at least 70% of ps2 games are rubish and i would hope that GC doesnt go the same way.
I've never listened to any reviews for games from the BBC or Newsround, they just can't review things fairly.
