Im trying to get all the dog tags on Metal Gear Soild. Now I need to know were the dog tag is which is inside Arsenal Gear. Because there is one in there, but how and where do you get it. Somebody please tell me.

I know for sure that its Solid Snake on Normal. Dunno about extreme though. Can`t imagine why that is. :-)

Correct. He's in the ascending colon. He gives you a different dogtag on every difficulty I think. On easy it's Meryl, on very easy it's Iriquois Pliskin, on hard it's Liquid Snake. I'm assuming it's Solid snake on normal and Solidus on extreme.

I believe you are talking about snakes one. When you get the HF blade, start attacking snake until you knoch him out. The un-equip the blade and pick him up. Drop him and it will fall out.
